Olga, founder of Boss Lash and proud steward of Sugar Hill Spa, is an entrepreneur whose journey from Mexico City to the heart of Texas reflects passion, perseverance, and purpose. After graduating from the Paul Mitchell School in Austin, she launched Boss Lash in 2021 — a space where artistry meets empowerment. In 2025, she was honored when Lisa Morehead passed the baton to her to continue and elevate Sugar Hill Spa’s legacy. Today, the spa flourishes as a sanctuary for self-care and a home to other women-owned businesses, guided by Olga’s belief that true beauty and true power come from women lifting each other up.
